Mattress was delivered slightly outside of scheduled time window. Came rolled up in vacuum pack, and expands to full size upon opening. Firm version feels plush and stays cool throughout the night, providing good support. However, edge support seemed to be lacking, as there is a tenancy to sink and slip when sitting near the edge. Otherwise, good mattress for the money.

Not sure how such a big mattress fitted into a box but it when it came time to unboxing it was amazing and it exploded out! WOW. Mattress is really good quality also - even being in a box, i thought it would damage. It took about 1 week for my body to get used to the new mattress but my sleep is MUCH better now thanks to the mattress. Usually don't write reviews too much but this was good. Good price, better than other mattress in the box brands that I've tried. This is the 3rd one.

Unlike other aspects of my life, I knew from night 1 that this mattress was meant for me 🤭 I’m only on my first week of using it but I have no intention of returning it!
Mattress quality (queen soft): Cooling, soft yet sturdy, and extremely comfortable as if being gently “hugged”.
Mattress price: Such an affordable price is highly disproportionate to its top notch quality.
